Terms of Service

Welcome to Hacky Sports ("HackySports," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, custom design tools, sample request workflows, and sportswear manufacturing contracts.

1. Manufacturing Agreement & Custom Orders

All custom uniforms, athletic apparel, gloves, and sports equipment manufactured by Hacky Sports are custom-made to order based on customer-provided specifications (techpacks, sizing schedules, and vector graphics).

• Design Approval: We create virtual mockups or physical samples for approval. Production begins only after you sign off on final designs and sizing sheets.
• Sizing and Tolerances: Because our gear is cut and stitched by hand, standard industrial tolerances apply (up to +/- 0.5 inches margin on dimensions). Please consult our size charts before confirming orders.
• Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs): MOQ guidelines vary by product type (e.g. 50 pieces for team uniforms) and will be clearly outlined on initial invoice sheets.

2. Intellectual Property and Design Ownership

You retain full ownership, copyright, and trademark rights to all custom logos, team branding, slogans, and technical specifications you submit to us.

• By uploading techpacks and designs, you grant Hacky Sports a non-exclusive license to use, modify, and reproduce the assets solely to manufacture your physical samples and bulk shipments.
• You warrant that all designs submitted do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party. We reserve the right to decline manufacturing orders that violate copyrights.

3. Shipping, Logistics, and Delivery

We offer international shipping options via trusted global and domestic carriers (such as DHL, TCS, UPS, and FedEx).

• Shipping Rates & Customs: Unless specified otherwise, orders are shipped FOB Sialkot. You are responsible for any custom clearances, duties, import taxes, or local port fees.
• Lead Times: Estimated manufacturing lead times and delivery dates are indicators and not guarantees. We are not liable for transit delays caused by custom clearance delays, weather disruptions, or carrier backlogs.

4. Payments, Claims, and Replacements

Due to the custom-tailored nature of our sportswear, all sales are final.

• Payment Terms: A standard production cycle requires a 50% deposit to initiate fabric sourcing and cutting, with the remaining 50% balance due upon visual confirmation of completed production before shipping.
• Quality Claims: Any quality defects, stitch issues, or packing list discrepancies must be reported in writing within 7 days of cargo arrival. Valid defect claims will be resolved via factory replacements or future order credits.

5. Governing Law

These Terms and any individual manufacturing orders are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any legal disputes arising out of these agreements shall be resolved exclusively within Sialkot jurisdictions.
